Yes! You can cancel the next day's meal before 6:00 PM today. After 6:00 PM, cancellations for the next day will not be accepted.

You can save two addresses (e.g., Home & Office) and easily toggle between them for any upcoming meal if you have an active plan. To edit a saved address permanently, please contact support.

Yes! If your subscription plan includes customization, you can choose your preferred items for tomorrow's meal via the app dashboard. Just ensure you make your selection before 6:00 PM today.

Yes! You can add one extra item (add-on) per meal. Simply select the item for tomorrow's Lunch or Dinner and complete the payment before 6:00 PM today. It will be delivered along with your tiffin.

We aim for 100% on-time delivery. If a meal is missed due to our fault, we will offer a credit or replacement meal as compensation.

Sunday meals are available only if your plan includes weekend delivery. For public holidays, meals are paused and you will be notified in advance.
