Please read our terms carefully to understand our service rules, food safety policies, and billing.
ThaliWali is a subscription-based meal delivery service providing pre-scheduled meals to registered users. Meals are prepared using hygienic, quality-controlled cooking processes and delivered to the address selected by the user during the chosen delivery slot.
Active subscription plans are required. All plans are prepaid and non-transferable. Additional items (sweets, extra roti) may attract extra charges. Prices and menus are subject to change based on availability.
Users can customize, pause, or cancel the next day’s meal before 6:00 PM (IST) via the app. Requests after this time cannot be processed. Monthly plans cannot be cancelled mid-term.
Users must ensure availability to collect the meal or provide a safe drop location. Timings are approximate; a delay of up to 30–45 minutes due to traffic or weather is not considered a service failure.
We may remain closed on public holidays or during unavoidable circumstances. You will be notified via the app. Sunday delivery depends on your specific subscription plan.
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. If a meal is not delivered due to our fault, a credit/replacement is added. Monetary refunds (if approved) take 5–7 business days. We reserve the right to issue refunds as wallet credits.
Rewards depend on the offer active at the time of successful completion, not when the link was shared. We may pause or modify referral programs without notice. Fraudulent activity leads to account suspension.
Images, videos, descriptions, and taglines used on the app/ads are for representational purposes only. Actual food appearance, portion sizes, packaging, and preparation may vary based on availability and operations. Such variations are not considered a service deficiency.
Multiple accounts, fake referrals, or fraudulent activity will lead to immediate termination without refunds.
ThaliWali is not liable for failures due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or technical failures.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
