We believe in fair policies. Here is everything you need to know about cancellations and refunds.

Cancellations

  • Before 6:00 PM: You can cancel the next day's meal.
  • After 6:00 PM: Cancellations are not accepted as preparation begins.
  • Active monthly or long-term subscriptions cannot be cancelled mid-term.

Refunds

  • No refunds for partially used subscriptions.
  • Missed deliveries due to ThaliWali’s fault will be compensated with a credit or replacement meal.
  • Approved monetary refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Emergency Exceptions

In exceptional situations (medical emergencies or relocation), users may contact support with valid proof. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at ThaliWali’s discretion.
